Well I have been really bugging my photographer because it has been 2 months since we took our engagement pictures. I finally got a disc with 38 pictures on it. So here is a few good ones. We probably took 150 pictures that day and I really would like to see the rest but what can I do when she lives in Indiana. So once I get more I will put them up for everyone to see.......

So I have been in total denial and now I am starting to feel it. My mother is coming to visit on June 2 and staying about a week to help with some finalizing of wedding plans. Well when she leave we are letting Tayla go home with her for the whole summer. A wopping 3 months. That is if she can make it that long!! or realistically if Pat can make it that long. Pat doesn't want to let her be gone that long and I am trying not to be selfish and let her go. My parent aren't going to be around forever and I really want her to have these extra special memories with them plus I need to let her spread her wings and fly. She is six now and I want to let her go places if she would like(safe places of course). My parent are very excited and she get to see my Aunt Joan and help her pack her stuff in Spokane, Wa. She will get to go up there for a few weeks and enjoy her time with the 1 person that I got to spend my summers with! She will get to see all of her friends back in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She will get to go hourseback riding with one of my closest friends. Plus my dad has alot of Bass tournament this summer so she will get to go camping and fishing alot. I have got to let her go until she is ready to come home. I will miss her so much and i almost cry thinking about it but she will have so much fun. My baby is growing up!!!

So if you are a close friend or family member you already know that I started the HCG diet. And oh man what a way to kick the last few pounds that I have been struggling with. It is day 16 and I feel amazing. I have lost 11 pounds, I have 8 more days to go and hopefully a few more pounds too. I made a change in January to cut out of my diet bread and pasta, mainly no carbs which work great until I hit a plateau. So i lost 16 pounds from that change and couldn't loose any more for about 3 months so I knew I would have to do something different. I watch my friend Mollys big weight drop from the HCG and figure I wanted to try it once the started again. Yah, it sounds but if you are ready for a change you are alot strong than what you think. I am so happy that I am doing this so we will see what the next 8 days bring. The great thing about me doing this diet right now is that I have a great support system. I really thank Molly and Cory so much for being there. Another big change is that I have breast agumentation on June 3, and boy am I excited. So I bought a really cute swim suit and for the first time, I am looking forward to feeling great in a swim suit. Not sure if I have ever said that......

Ok I we are finally moved and Taylas birthday is over!! Now I can get to blogging, so everyone know that we are getting married, and planning it begins. I am really starting to have fun and enjoy this wedding, it was a little scary at first but I am on top of thing and having a great time with it. I have gone to a wedding expo with Joyce and that was fun, we got some great ideas. I plan on going to all of them just to experience them and get some creative thoughts. I so appreciate everyones ideas and all the help that I am getting, it is making this amazing and wonderful. My mother is coming in June and we should have almost everything finalized and smooth sailing from there. I really miss my mom is all of this but how wonderful is it to have his family be there for me, I am really lucky!

The PROPOSAL

We are engaged!!! I can't even tell you how excited that I am. I am now the luckiest, happiest, blessed woman in the world right now. The man of my dreams wants to marry me, this is unbelievable. I am so grateful to have everything in my life, it is more that I deserve.

Our Temple Experience

So on friday Tayla and I went with Dennis and Joyce to the Draper Temple. It was beautiful and incredible. It truely was an amazing experience for me. Tayla even said that she could feel Jesus walking beside her. You can truely feel his presence! Here is a picture of Tayla and I at the Salt Lake Temple last year.

Growing Pains!!!

Growing pains!!!!! Life seems to be a little challenging lately. I have lost myself and I am trying to figure out who I am and what I need. I know that there will be obstacles ahead and it is a matter of how you get throught them that truely makes life worth wild. I enjoy my family and now that I am a mother I put myself on the backburner most of the time. I try my best at making my life enjoyable for everyone else, and in the meantime I forget about myself. I know that is what I am supose to do, and I am so lucky to have an amazing family to make me smile to get me through these daily trials. God has giving me many blessings and I know his path for me is going to be incredible. I have learned that god won't give me more than I can handle so I have to believe that these are just growing pains.

I've learned ...
-You can not make someone love you, all you can do is love someone, the rest is up to them...
-It may take years to gain trust but it only takes a few moments to completely shatter it...
-It is not what, but who you have in your life that counts...
-You can get by on charm for about 15 minutes, after that you had better know something...
-In an instant you can do something that will cause you heartache for a lifetime...
-It will take a lifetime to become the person I want to be..
-You really can keep going on long after you think you can't...
-I am responsible for everything I do and say, regardless of how I felt when i said or did something...
